DEPOSIT POLICY:
There are no refunds on Deposits, unless otherwise agreed here in writing. Failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to some other Buyer and retention of the Deposit is meant to compensate Seller for his possible loss. This deposit signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the Purchase of this Puppy.
The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the Deposit if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy –( i.e. Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, violent person, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmceutical research laboratory etc.) .
If the transaction is voided or if through some tragic accident the Puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its new home then, of course, the deposit will be returned to the Buyer; unless the Buyer wishes to apply the Deposit to another Puppy, if one is available, or to a puppy from the next available litter.
All my pups are my babies and sold to approved homes only. All my puppies born from my home come with a 2 year health guarantee, dew-claws removed, updated vaccines records, dewormed and limited or full registration at the time of sale.
We occasionaly have show quality pups and adults for sale. Show home requirement include having championed out at least one bully breed dog, attends a minimum of 4 shows a year and tittleing the dog before breeding purposes. Show quality puppies can be purchased at a co-owner discounted price or full buy-out price.
Pet quality pups will be sold at a discounted price, limited registration and altered before they leave our home.
Gomezpits/Gomez Bullys does not condone any type of dog fighting and mix breeding.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping cost starts at $350.00 USD for puppies and $500 for puppies older than 6 months of age.
Buyers are responsible of all shipping cost which include; crate, health certificate and flight reservation. All our pups are shipped with a Health Certificate signed by our Vetrenarian, up to date vaccinations, deworming and dose of monthly flea and heartworm prevenative. Registration paper are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with Tracking.
